Will my order arrive by ___ date?
Due to the current pandemic, USPS is experiencing shipping delays. Please note that I have no control over the postal service, and any issues after I have shipped the item are out of my hands. By purchasing, you are agreeing that Grab Bag Botany is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping delays. If your item is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with the USPS. That being said, I will do the best I can to help you track down your item! Please message me if you have any problems, and I will be glad to assist. If you need your item by a specific date, please let me know so we can discuss the proper delivery method for your needs.

How long will it take for my order to process and ship?
We are a small, one-man business. I try my best to keep at least one of each item in stock, however some items are made to order. My current processing time is 3-7 business days for all resin items, due to the time necessary to pour several layers and allow them to cure properly, as well as holiday backlog orders. If you need your item by a specific date, let me know so we can discuss rushing your order.

Do you accept custom and personalized orders?
We do accept custom orders! We also offer a range of metal stamps (uppercase & lowercase letters, numbers, coordinates, zodiac signs, & various nature-related stamps) to personalize your item. Please message us with your request, and we would be more than happy to work with you! All custom orders are final sale, and I will include you in the making process to make sure it matches your vision! As long as I have the items in stock, any of the findings from my pieces can be mixed and matched.

How do I decide what length chain I need?
Please see individual listings for necklace lengths or item sizes. If you require a necklace length other than the standard, please include your desired length in the notes box or in a message. A good way to make sure you have the correct size would be to measure your favorite necklace or bracelet! Please note that returns will not be processed for sizing errors.

How do I care for my piece?
Proper care for your new piece is essential to keeping your piece in perfect condition! I use a lengthy method to fully dry all botanicals before preserving in resin, however keeping your piece in a cool, dark place will help the botanicals retain their color! The sun can affect plants even when dry. Resin does not like water, direct sunlight, or high heat. Do not wear your piece in the water, and be careful with skincare products and sunscreen. Apply and let dry before wearing your piece. If resin is exposed to direct sunlight, the embedded botanicals will fade over time, just as any other colored item will. Wall hangings look beautifully displayed in windows, however I would suggest hanging on a wall for best results. All chains and earring hooks are come standard as 24k gold plated or silver plated, however we do offer gold filled chains and earring hooks as well as sterling silver chains as add-on items. Avoid wearing your gold or silver plated pieces in water to prevent tarnishing.

Will my item match the photos exactly?
All wall hangings are completely unique, and the item in the photos will be the item you receive. We usually make several of each jewelry item, so your piece may not look exactly like the item pictured, however the same quality is guaranteed! The plants we use in our pieces are real, and no two botanicals are identical in nature. All plants can discolor in resin over time. Proper care (see care section) can prevent or slow this process, however discoloring or leaves or flowers is part of nature. By purchasing, you agree that any discoloration over time is not the artist's responsibility.

What is your packaging like?
All items are packaged with minimal materials, in an effort to remain as eco-friendly as possible. All jewelry items will be sent attached to a cardboard backing, and all home decor items will be wrapped in paper to prevent damage during the shipping process. All jewelry items marked as a gift will be sent in a small cardboard jewelry box. In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, we do not automatically send out orders with more than necessary packaging. However, if you would like a cardboard gift box for a gift or for a little added protection, please either mark the order as a gift or make a note when you order so I can accommodate!

I would like to make a wholesale order. Can you accommodate?
Message us for all custom orders and bulk orders. If you would like a particular item in bulk, such as for bridesmaid gifts, send me a message and I can definitely create more for you! See below for wholesale discounts.
Orders of $100 or more will receive 15% off
Orders of $150 or more will receive 20% off
Orders of $200 or more will receive 25% off
Orders of $300 or more will receive 30% off

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, due to the hygienic nature of our products and the fact that they are handmade with limited resources, however please message us if there is an issue with your order so we can make it right!

Where are you located, and do you accept local pickups?
I live in Southeastern Louisiana. I do accept local pickups if you are in or can travel to St. Tammany Parish!

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally, however customs fees may apply. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Grab Bag Botany is not responsible for delays due to customs.
